Mission & Council

The mission of The Council of Gynecologic Endoscopy (CGE) is to recognize professional performance standards for gynecologic endoscopy and minimally invasive surgeons, and the institutions in which they practice.

The intent of the comprehensive programs of the CGE is to document and recognize levels of experience of gynecologic surgeons and institutions.

The CGE’s recognition of practitioners and institutions is intended to document physician practices for the benefit of patients, healthcare professionals, and the public.
