AAGL Subspecialty Session at ACOG 2019 Annual Meeting

May 4, 2019

Music City Center
201 Fifth Avenue
Nashville, TN 37203 United States

Completely focused on RAISING THE BAR on our own surgical skills and gynecologic surgery as a whole, this session provides an answer to the question: How do we get there from here? Firstly, we will show how our OBGYN colleagues are raising the bar in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery to give our patients the safest, fastest and most effective recovery from gynecologic disease. Secondly, this course will show how we can, as individual surgeons, push our operative and peri-operative skills to the next level!

By looking at core topics in gynecologic surgery, this young, dynamic group of faculty will present practical ways to RAISE THE BAR with respect to your surgical technique, decision-making and post-operative care! BUT, they will not stop there! They will further highlight ways top caregivers in the field are moving towards the future of gynecologic surgical care!

Course Objectives
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this course, the clinician will be able to: 1) Apply intra-operative and peri-operative surgical strategies to RAISE THE BAR with regard to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
